February 17th, 2025 – Putting in the Steps

Yesterday was a full-on workday, the kind where you’re constantly on the move. By the time I was done, I could’ve just called it a day—but I didn’t. I laced up my shoes and went for a long walk, letting the movement shake off the stress.

There’s something about walking after a busy day that just resets everything. The air felt fresh, my mind cleared up, and even though my legs were tired, I felt lighter. Some days, movement is just what you do. Other days, it’s exactly what you need. Yesterday was one of those days.
