Hello actifiters!

I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.

Today, my routine went as follows.

My #MorningRitual 🌅

I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:

1. ⏰ Waking up early
2. 🥛 Drinking water (to hydrate my body from a long night sleep)
3. 🤸‍♂ Exercising for 20 minutes
4. 🚿 Morning Hygiene Routine
5. 🍶🍳🍌 Having a great breakfast
6. 🏅Celebrating!

Then I reviewed my #plan for the day and went for it! 🤘

Daily activity: 💪

=> 30 min Exercising in the morning ( #MorningRitual ):

• 5 min. Warmup
• 15 min. Running
• 10 min. exercise routine ( )
