Hello, Actifitters!
Today was an ordinary day. We went out for a walk with my dog early in the morning and as is tradition I left my phone at home, I don’t like it when that happens because I’m in the Polish league and every step counts. 😉😃
After the walk I did my workout at home. When I rested I got on with my chores.
Here are a few pictures of a ruined building near my home, every time I drive by the ruins I have mixed feelings. Sadness comes over me because I remember the building from when I was a kid and how much we used to play past it, and at the same time joy that something new and functioning will be built on the place.
I’ve been trying not to eat sweets lately, but today I was craving them so much that I searched the internet for a recipe for something not too harmful. I love the taste of walnuts and cinnamon and was looking for something with those ingredients.
I found the recipe for this cake on a healthy eating website and decided to give it a try. It’s not the healthiest food, but if eaten infrequently it is allowed.
And this is a cake, with walnuts, cinnamon, stevia and whole wheat flour.
