Hello, Actifitters!

This is a report on my activity yesterday.

Today I woke up in a great mood because I had to meet a lovely girl. She is the daughter of my best girlfriend. When I took her in my arms for the first time 20 years ago, I knew she is and she will be special to me. I love this girl like she is my child. 💗 Accidentally or not her life mirrors mine. Everything that happened to me is happening to her… long story…
We saw each other, I’m home now, excited and happy to meet her. True happiness is when you have people in your life that fill you with positive energy.
Now I will do my chores with a smile on my face.
For the past few days, I have started making time to workout every day again. Lately I kept finding excuses and skipping workouts, but I’m going to try to fix that.
