Haven’t done any actifit report in awhile because I’ve been mostly riding and swimming the past few weeks. The gyro doesn’t seem to measure the activity accurately when I’m biking. Even if I do 10km, I only get 2k on actifit. Anyway, today I walked and did some backward walking. Saw a video from kneesovertoesguy about the benefit of doing it. So tried it around 10pm so not much people out and I won’t be a hazard to anyone while doing it. It was kind of disorienting at first but was able to do a whole block without tripping. Speed bumps are one of the obstacles I was very cautious of 😆 I don’t want to fall off my butt. Overall, good experience and will do it and see if what they say is true.
And for the image on this post, it’s a first generation Korando I think. I love old school cars and trucks and beauty like these make my walk pleasant.
