Hola amigos de #HIVE, #SWC y #actifit. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre lo que hice el día de hoy. Hoy desperté un poco tarde, pero de igual forma me ocupe de mis tareas matutinas. Se hizo medio día y estuvo listo el almuerzo y luego descansé hasta la 1:30 de la tarde, ya que me tocó entrenar. Está vez elementos de empuje y jalón, es decir planch y front lever.

Hello friends of #HIVE, #SWC and #actifit. Today I share with you my report about what I did today. Today I woke up a little late, but I still took care of my morning tasks. It was half a day and lunch was ready and then I rested until 1:30 in the afternoon, since it was my turn to train. This time push and pull elements, that is, planch and front lever.

Estuve entrenando aproximadamente una hora y media, al finalizar mi entrenamiento, mi esposa y yo nos acostamos ya que íbamos a tener una tarde familiar donde íbamos a pasear y tomar fotos. Cuando estuvimos listos bajamos a buscar a su familia y para comenzar nuestro paseo en la inauguración de un nuevo parque de recreación familiar llamado parque Guayana.

I trained for approximately an hour and a half, at the end of my training, my wife and I went to bed since we were going to have a family afternoon where we were going to walk and take photos. When we were ready we went down to look for his family and to begin our walk at the inauguration of a new family recreation park called Parque Guayana.

Este parque tuvo una particularidad y fue que todas las empresas básicas dieron un gran aporte para una gran apertura, hubieron muchas ventas de comida, recreación para niños y música en vivo. La gente estaba muy alegre y el sitio muy iluminado, la música en vivo iba desde músicas típicas y hasta canciones más modernas, había muchísima gente y familias disfrutando de este gran evento.

This park had a particularity and that was that all the basic companies gave a large contribution for a grand opening, there were many sales of food, recreation for children and live music. The people were very happy and the place was very illuminated, the live music ranged from typical music to more modern songs, there were many people and families enjoying this great event.

Este puedo decir que fue el gran último evento del años 2024 en ciudad guayana. Me alegra ver la felicidad de las personas esperando el próximo año nuevo. Me gustó muchísimo está tarde, agradable y junto a mis seres queridos.

This I can say was the last great event of the year 2024 in Guayana City. I am happy to see the happiness of people waiting for the next new year. I really liked this afternoon, pleasant and with my loved ones.
