Ayer fue un día productivo para mí. Me levanté temprano en la mañana y fui al trabajo, disfrutando del paisaje urbano y capturando algunos videos de la ciudad que despertaba. Me gusta ver cómo la luz del sol ilumina los edificios y las calles, y cómo la gente va y viene con sus rutinas.

Llegué al trabajo a la hora normal y cumplí con mis actividades. Me siento satisfecho de hacer lo que me gusta y de aportar mi granito de arena al mundo. Mi trabajo me permite desarrollar mis habilidades y aprender cosas nuevas cada día, principalmente de la informática que es la rama donde me interese.

Después del trabajo, tomé el transporte público para volver a mi casa. También tengo que caminar un buen trecho hasta llegar a mi casa, pero eso me ayuda a mantenerme en forma y a respirar aire fresco.

Yesterday was a productive day for me. I got up early in the morning and went to work, enjoying the cityscape and capturing some videos of the city waking up. I like to see how the sunlight illuminates the buildings and streets, and how people come and go about their routines.

I arrived at work at the normal time and went about my business. I feel satisfied to do what I like and to do my bit for the world. My job allows me to develop my skills and learn new things every day, mainly about computers, which is the branch I am interested in.

After work, I took public transportation home. I also have to walk a long way home, but it helps me to keep fit and breathe fresh air.

Al llegar a casa, comí un buen almuerzo (preparado por mi madre) y me di un merecido descanso. Me tumbé en la cama y vi un poco de televisión, hasta me quedé dormido un rato.

Más o menos al anochecer, hice una pequeña rutina de activación muscular y flexibilidad. Me gusta cuidar mi cuerpo y mi salud, y hacer calistenia, aunque sea un poco en mis días que no entreno me hace sentir bien y liberar estrés.

Y para terminar el día, salí a pasear a mi perrita y me encontré con unos amigos, algunos fueron @blackbaki18, @luisandrade y @whitesknight (los cuales no están publicando 😡). Así fue mi día de ayer, un día lleno de cosas que hacer y de descansos merecidos. ¿Que tal el tuyo?

When I got home, I ate a nice lunch (prepared by my mother) and took a well-deserved rest. I lay down on the bed and watched some TV, until I fell asleep for a while.

In the evening or so, I did a little muscle activation and flexibility routine. I like to take care of my body and my health, and doing calisthenics, even a little bit on my non-training days makes me feel good and releases stress.

And to finish the day, I went for a walk with my dog and met some friends, some were @blackbaki18, @luisandrade and @whitesknight (which are not posting 😡). So that was my day yesterday, a day full of things to do and deserved breaks. How was yours?
