Learning music theory (apart from staying active) is indeed challenging for the mind 🤣
Just trying to let all the theories to sink in was already starting to feel overwhelming 🙃
However, I must not give up as I have 30 days to at least have a grasp on learning the basics, moreover learning something totally out of my “usual routine” is a good thing, as neurologist experts did mention that this will stimulate the brain, just like going to the gym to rebuild “hidden” muscles.
Besides that, getting inspiration melodies definitely gives refreshing experience, and learning how to use the keyboard features to record replays does take away all the stress.
However, @lifeisajourney is right, I somehow got to remember and start to learn to write the chords down as part of my lessons in learning music theory.
So I may have to try to search back the chords from listening and write them down again…
Or is there an ai engine that can listen and compose the notes out? 🤔
(That is last resort. Right now I will just record them down for the future)
That being said, keeping both body and mind active is a must. And the older we get, the more important to keep mind and body while soul in check.
Most important right now. I need to keep this consistent. 😆 This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS). Check out the original version here on actifit.io
