My son and I played an eighteen-hole disc golf course this morning. My son won with the scores at +3 and +5. It was really close and I had some near misses that cost me some throws. On one hole, I barely missed my throw for par, and the disc hit just under the band and bounced off the cage and roled down the hill farther away than my lie. Another time, I made an almost perfect throw, but it landed inches out of bounds on a path. Sometimes disc golf is a game of inches.

It was a very nice sunny day today. It sure was fun being out on the course and playing with my son. We don’t often get a chance to do that since he has been so busy.
