I was going to take a day of rest after yesterday’s disc golf tournament but my friend wanted to play an easy local course so I joined him. I was trying out a couple of new discs and was not too worried about my score. It was fun just to be out on the course and practice.
I trying a modification in arm position for my throwing that I saw in a video about how to achieve longer throws. It really did not work well for me at least with the way my arm is feeling now. I think I’m going to need to be a bit careful before I try to make changes in the way I’m throwing. I don’t have a lot of distance but at least I am fairly accurate and throw in a way that feels good for my body.
A new 500-piece puzzle:
I started this puzzle this afternoon. It should not take me too long to complete. It is halfway done this evening.
