It is my anniversary today, and I started it off in the gym doing backsquats.
Since, I was out of the gym for a weeks, I felt more tired than my usual when I lifted today. I went up to 210 pounds, and then went back down to 195# x 10 reps. We also ended up doing burpees and head cutters with a kettlebell.
I went on a run for a little over 3 miles today, then went to the salon.
Then, I took my daughter shopping for some clothes. Finally, my hubby amd I were able to take a brief jaunt to get a treat on our anniversary. We will do a larger celebration later when we have grandma in town.
