Today wasa busy day with lots of walking. Had to take the wife to two different hospitals for appointments, so, lots of walking.
I also got some cleaning done around the house, which was a good thing. Along with a lot of stretching, a good amount of my activity, besides the walking, came from the weightroom.
It was a good one that started with pull-ups. Moved on to some single leg kickbacks and weighted lunges. Some leg presses, rows, a couple of different kinds, and some weighted supermen.
