Today, I was back on campus. Needless to say, my activity always spikes there, and I don’t know why! Granted, I do get up and walk around the campus with the stairs, so that might help.
I also got a good amount of stretching in. My neck finally popped after four days, so that is a win! Not much beyond that, just the pacing and the stretching, followed by some light cleaning around the house.
Tomorrow, I am aiming to get back into the weightroom.
