Today was another busy day, paced during some meetings that were not too bad.
Then did some cleaning around the house.
The weightroom was rough, 295 pound deadlifts were just killing me, took a long time with the heavy weight. Add in some pushpresses and a couple of different curls. The workout was topped off with leg lifts. We also had the warmup of the jump rope again, I think that is a good thing to keep going.
I will need some stretching but at least the cool down walk was nice.
