Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Hoy me desperté bastante tarde ya que el domingo me dormi al rededor de las 4am porque un amigo se quedo en la hasta tarde esperando que lo fueran a buscar, me levanté bastante tarde y al encender mi pc me estrese bastante porque pense que tenia un virus y pase varias horas analizandola y revisandola. Perdí bastante tiempo pero no me estreso mucho porque hoy no iba a entrenar como tal ya que el día de ayer habia hecho el entrenamiento de hoy, en el transcurso de la tarde me salió un delivery asi que me active ya que ganaria dinero y haria actividad fisica.

Today I woke up quite late because on Sunday I slept around 4am because a friend stayed up late waiting to be picked up, I woke up quite late and when I turned on my pc I got quite stressed because I thought I had a virus and I spent several hours analyzing it and checking it. I lost a lot of time but I was not stressed because today I was not going to train as such because yesterday I had done the training for today, in the course of the afternoon I got a delivery so I activated myself because I would earn money and I would do some physical activity.

Luego de hacer el delivery llegué a mi casa y sali a comprarle unas medicinas a mi abuela, ya me sentia bastante activo asi que estiré un poco, una amiga me envio que la fuera a ver y donde estaba era bastante lejos pero como no entrené, me decidí a recorrer esos 6km y fui para alla en mi bici, al final me gusta bastante salir en bici, fui y llegue a mi casa a las 10pm y a pesar de haber sido un dia tranquilo fue bastante activo y bueno para mi !

After making the delivery I arrived home and went out to buy some medicine for my grandmother, I was feeling quite active so I stretched a little, a friend sent me to go see her and where she was was quite far away but as I did not train, I decided to ride those 6km and went there on my bike, at the end I like cycling, I went and arrived home at 10pm and despite having been a quiet day was quite active and good for me!
