Saludos amigos de #Hive y Actifit, en esta ocasión me fui a un parque de hecho es el primer circuito de barras que en su momento realizó @manuelramos el circuito de barras de clandistenia, un parque con una historia muy grande lo cual me parece muy buena ya que gracias a esa experiencia @manuelramos a evolucionado a la hora de realizar estos espacios deportivos para atletas de STREET WORKOUT Y CALISTENIA. Es un gusto para mí visitar la primera instalación de barras que el gestionó, estuve con mi compañero de entrenamiento @ashura-sw haciendo está visita ya que él es de esa zona.
Aunque no muchos hoy en día no muchos utilizan las barras para desarrollar su físico o agilidad pues me apuntaré a visitar con frecuencia este sitio para así motivar e implementar el deporte.
Pronto estaré compartiendo con ustedes entrenamientos que estaré realizando en este espacio, espero les guste las tomas que le hice a las barras, sin más que decir espero les guste a todos!.
