I happily welcome you all to my actifit report for Saturday 20th January,2024.

The beautiful Saturday morning came bearing lovely gift of bright sunshine 😊

As usual I ushered in the day with walking down this path.

It looked quite busy today, because it’s a good place to exercise.

So, people were found doing one exercise or the other down this path.

Even in our mini stadium, zoom in the above photo.

You will see people jogging in a group.

People really enjoy exercising on Saturday morning.

Just getting to the site to see this judo group jogging up and down 😅

They sang while jogging.

One funny song they sang while jogging pass is “see dem no fine, dem dey look us”.

The song was just ridiculous…they even jogged pass me and did a special piece for me, “see that girl, no fine, she dey look us”😂😂😅

Meaning - They are saying the people they jogged pass are ugly.

Their leader immediately told the song leader to change the song when they passed me.

How fine girl, no come fine for your eyes?😂😂😂

Continued with the day’s activities.

Went inside the site to see how things are going.

All I can say is the engineer is really doing an amazing job.

Because I don’t understand what they were doing 😃

Came back later in the evening to wash my used clothes before enjoying a cool rest.
