As we approach recovery from our physical ailments Tiffany and I remained active as we did a nature activity walk at Shadow Bay Park.

Central Florida continues not to disappoint with the plethora of many options to get an activity walk or outdoor run available to us.

I’m looking forward to testing my leg by running again on Monday after having a successful workout this past Thursday.

We didn’t get a full walk at Shadow Bay Psrk but it was our first time there and Tiffany and I have every intention of going back.
