I’m back from vacation and recovered from illnesses, so I took some time today to do an actual quick workout! Though most of the steps came from a morning walk, it felt good to swing a kettlebell around again and get some sweat going.
Every routine starts somewhere, I’m hoping I can keep it up. Muscles were tight and weak, and exercises I could do for a minute were burning around the 10 second mark 😅
A long road to regaining former fitness, but a necessary one if I’m going to keep pace with a toddler.
