There is no better walk than one that is done under the standards of tranquility, joy and peace, sincerely in the modern world these are qualities that rarely mix with each other, since we are always in a constant dynamism that to tell the truth is not beneficial to our health, as it tests our physical, mental and emotional state, generating irreversible damage that accumulate over time and in the future become various diseases and many other anomalies that make our life a sad and agonizing moment.

No existe mejor caminata que aquella que se realiza bajo los estándares de la tranquilidad, la alegría y la paz, sinceramente en el mundo moderno estas son cualidades que en pocas oportunidades se mezclan entre sí, puesto que siempre estamos en un constante dinamismo que a decir verdad no resulta beneficioso para nuestra salud, ya que pone a prueba nuestro estado físico, mental y emocional, generando daños irreversibles que se van acumulando a través del tiempo y que en el futuro se convierten en diversas enfermedades Y muchas otras anomalías que hacen de nuestra vida un momento triste y agonizante.

It is for this reason that we must always find the ideal moment to get away from those destructive spirals that consume our life and this is how getting ready to walk through a museum, turns out to be a tremendously complete exercise, since in this way the steps taken can easily be counted by thousands, distances by kilometers traveled and time by hours invested, this is how we give our body a complete cardiovascular workout, but at the same time we give our mind the opportunity to get away from hostile environments, to immerse ourselves in the middle of an artistic sea where creativity is the protagonist.

Es por esta razón que siempre debemos encontrar el momento ideal para alejarnos de esos espirales destructivos que consumen nuestra vida y es así como disponernos a caminar a través de un museo, resulta ser un ejercicio tremendamente completo, ya que de esta forma los pasos dados con facilidad se pueden contar por miles, las distancias por kilómetros recorridos y el tiempo por horas invertidas, es así como le regalamos a nuestro cuerpo un entrenamiento cardiovascular completo, pero al mismo tiempo le brindamos a nuestra mente la oportunidad de alejarse de entornos hostiles, para sumergirse en medio de un mar artístico en donde la creatividad es la protagonista.

The National Art Gallery is one of those spaces that never cease to surprise us, this because it is in a constant process of transformation, where the exhibitions are never fixed, always giving us new samples, different approaches and excellent combinations that make this space an incredible place. Here the traditional is mixed with the modern, painting with sculpture, craftsmanship with kinetic art, it is definitely an institution that has been able to adapt to the needs of the modern world, while keeping its doors open for those new artists who perhaps unknowingly impose new trends.

La Galería de Arte Nacional es de esos espacios que nunca dejan de sorprendernos, esto debido a que se encuentra en un constante proceso de transformación, en donde las exposiciones nunca están fijas, siempre nos regalan nuevas muestras, diferentes enfoques y excelentes combinaciones que hacen de este espacio un lugar increíble. Acá se mezcla lo tradicional con lo moderno, la pintura con la escultura, la artesanía con el cinetismo, definitivamente se trata de una institución que ha sabido adaptarse a las necesidades del mundo moderno, mientras que mantiene sus puertas abiertas para aquellos nuevos artistas que tal vez sin saberlo imponen nuevas tendencias.

This is a museum of worldwide prestige and at the same time is a space where everyone has access, both public and artists have the doors of the Gallery open to enjoy an art that has no limits without borders. This is how in this tour we can observe an interesting sample of modern art, but at the same time we find some more classical features whose authors are of great renown, but it is precisely this diversity that defines us as a nation, which marks the course of our future and which allows us to be proud to be one of the few countries where everyone is welcome.

Este es un museo de prestigio mundial y al mismo tiempo es un espacio en donde todos tienen acceso, tanto público como artistas tienen las puertas de la Galería abiertas para poder disfrutar de un arte que no tiene límites Sin fronteras. Es así como en este recorrido podemos observar una interesante muestra de arte moderno, pero al mismo tiempo nos encontramos con algunos rasgos más clásicos cuyos autores son de gran renombre, pero es justamente esta diversidad la que nos define como nación, la que marca el rumbo de nuestro futuro y la que nos permite enorgullecernos de ser uno de los pocos países en donde todos son bienvenidos.
