PPL workout - Legs

Hello everyone !

Legs workout and 10k activity, feels like a good day :)
Workout intensity was not very high, I kept it simple with lunges (walking and lateral), Romanian deadlifts, kettlebell swings and squats.
And some calves exercices to finish it.
