PPL workout - Legs

Hello everyone !

Legs day today and I made a fun little circuit to spice things up.
Following circuit to be repeated 5 times with 2-3 minutes break between each round. 15sec rest between each set.

  • frog jumps x20
  • seated calves x30
  • straight legs deadlift x15
  • bridges x20
  • mountain climbers x45sec
