Today I worked out like a manic. I went to the gym in the morning - Back, biceps and trapezius. I was there for about two hours. I felt that I did a lot.
Then in the afternoon I went biking for also two hours more. I’m using the iPhone fitness app to track the calories and other metrics. For the bike I use AllTrails and of course Actifit. I don’t actually know how Actifit tracks but I see it lacks accuracy for the amount of miles and workouts I did today. It’s only marking 5916.

I’m about to sleep and I feel exhausted… but also surprised and happy of what I did.
