Sad news, my mother-in-law passed away yesterday. Since she had been living in a memory care facility for the past three and a half years, there were a lot of things that needed to be moved to empty her room. The facility charges a pretty hefty fee for every day the room is not cleared out.

So, my son and I got a truck and moved all of the remaining pieces of furniture out. It was a long hike from the room to our truck and we made a lot of trips. As a result, I got a lot of steps in. If I had known there was so much to move, I would have skipped the 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill I logged earlier in the day.
