My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2022

Today’s training had weight lifting. For weights we used what we found in front of us. We started with small plates of finger food, while the size and weight of them kept increasing. In some dishes we had a second set of repetitions. At the end we enjoyed severals post-workout drink with electrolytes and plenty of good carbs to keep glycogen at normal levels for a diabetic!
