I started boosting my activity today and reached almost 10k steps! Although I said that I’ll be more active next week, I wanted to start on it as early as possible.
Today’s activities are mostly walking but tomorrow I’ll be going back to the gym for a workout.
To reward myself, I got seafood fried rice to refuel 😂.
