My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2025

Nice! I reached my 10k goal for today. It will be a good activity score for my Actifit report for today.

I also managed to go to the gym today for a 15 minutes of run on the treadmill, 5 repetitions of chest press, 5 repetitions of lat pulldown, and 5 repetitions of squats as well. That should be enough for today.
