My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2024

Today, I’m happy to report that I managed to achieve more than 5k steps for my Actifit post. Although 10k is my goal, I’m still able to achieve a decent amount even on a Sunday. Usually, it’s less than today, and so I feel proud about it.

I also went to the gym today and did a 5-minute walk and a 10-minute run on a treadmill. I also did chest press and pull-ups on the bar. Another exercise I did was hamstring work, which is important for my legs.

Tonight’s dinner is a simple noodle dish with soup. I’ve been eating this soup to help me get better and achieve full recovery. That’s all for my report.
