I keep forgetting to post my Actifit report in the past few days so I made sure that I won’t forget tonight.
For my activities, aside from my usual daily activities, I also managed to go to the gym and went for a jogging. The routine that I did today were 100 counts of sit-ups, 50 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 50 counts of push ups and 100 counts of mountain climbing.
Right after my workout routine, I went out for a 10-minute jogging.
