My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2023

That’s the view while doing my exercise routine.


Hello Actifit community!

I hope you’re doing great this morning.

Today, I started an exercise routine. I’m making a pledge to myself that as I wake up in the morning, I won’t be looking at my phone immediately. Instead, I will be doing an exercise routine to push myself into achieving a healthier and more active lifestyle.

For a start, here’s what I did:

  • 150 counts of Jumping Jacks
  • 60 counts of dumbbells for the biceps
  • 60 counts of dumbbells for the triceps
  • 10 push-ups

While doing this routine, I’m following the rhythm of party music which is faster than how I usually do. As soon as I get used to this routine and my body has built enough muscles in performing this then I will be leveling up to the HIIT exercise routine.

I know that it’s not going to be easy for me because I was used to a more relaxed routine but I’m determined enough to make it happen.
