Had a normal day. Bought food outside in the morning and evening, so had to go out. Also went for a walk in the evening and later went to church. Poliac has began so whenever I can, I have to try and increase my steps. So far so good. Step count for today has been good. It’s the second day of the month and I’m happy to be alive and well.
