I attended ladies Bible study this morning for the first time in a month due to work schedules. It was lovely to be back. We didn’t really study anything in particular as there we a couple ladies needing support due to personal crisis.

After I got home and around mid afternoon, we set out for a hike-Jan came with.

As you can see from the first picture, it was sunny with a light veiling of clouds. The temperature was moderate at around 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

We have a little pine tree on the trail that we’ve dubbed as ‘Piney’. He is the little tree we began decorating when Covid first happened, to lift up our spirits as well those on our road who hiked the trails. Being as it’s the month of March, we decorated Piney for St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

As you can see, Piney is set for St. Patrick’s Day!☘️

There are always interesting things to photograph in the forest and today was no exception.

Here, a woodpecker has been at work.

Or perhaps these hoof fungi, especially the little one just beginning that looks like a ball in the second photo.
