Mi día comenzó a las 5:30 de la mañana, salí de mi casa a las 6:55 y ya a las 7:43 estaba llegando, suelo entrenar en el parque Base Aragua por las mañanas mientras estoy de vacaciones en la universidad, el día de hoy toco hacer cardio. Lo primero que hice fue unos estiramientos y luego trote 30 minutos, no suelo trotar mucho tiempo ya que me canso aun mas rápido por las arritmias cardiacas, luego seguí con saltos con sentadilla, saltos de tijera, toques de hombro en plancha, Burpees y finalice saltando la cuerda. Cada uno de los ejercicios los realice por 20 minutos tomándome muy pequeñas pausas. Al terminar tome algunas fotografías, el cielo se veía muy bonito. Luego recogí mis cosas y me fui a casa.

My day started at 5:30 in the morning, I left my house at 6:55 and I was already arriving at 7:43, I usually train at the Base Aragua park in the mornings while I’m on vacation at the university, the Today I have to do cardio. The first thing I did was some stretches and then I jogged for 30 minutes, I don’t usually jog for long as I get tired even faster due to cardiac arrhythmias, then I continued with squat jumps, jumping jacks, shoulder presses in planks, Burpees and finished jumping rope I performed each of the exercises for 20 minutes, taking very short breaks. When I finished I took some photographs, the sky looked very beautiful. Then I picked up my things and went home.
