Walking to work and walking around office is enough exercise for each day. Just like my usual routine for the past few days, I had resolved to always walk to my place of work and I enjoy walking around the office trying nowadays. Today’s work at the office was less busy, so, I had a lot of opportunity to walk around the office in search for nothing but for the one reason of getting fit and ensuring I meet up with my daily fitness target.
Of recent, I just imagine how much of the fitness and wellness my body would gain if I keep up with my daily target. After office today, I decided to still walk home instead of taking a bike home or joining colleagues who go home in their car. I just noticed today that I do more of walking this days and it has also encourage me to visit friends living far and near.
Decided to take some rest immediately I realized I have reached target, I don’t want to be too hard on myself, starting limit as long as I’m meeting target is still fine. I hope to do more for my daily fitness and I hope this fitness goal continue for a very long to check the difference between me now and before now when fitness wasn’t among my plans for the month.
