Good Day, actifit followers! Monday was a bit of a slow day, as I got back to the grind at school while still woefully behind on sleep from a weekend filled with bass, beats, and buddies.

I’ve attached a picture of the Empire State Building lit up in blue & white to commemorate the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. I was a little lazy this year and didn’t buy any candles for the hanukkiah I have at home. Maybe I will get some tonight so I can light candles, which is the tradition for each of the 8 nights of the holiday.

Here’s a picture from last year when my partner and I were out in San Diego with her family. The hanukkiah was my mother’s from when she was a kid in the 1950-60s. It is so small, it uses the mini candles typically put on birthday cakes!
