Not the most activity from me once again today, I’ve hit my goal of 10,000 steps minimum at least which I’m happy about but I expected I’d generally have way more this week. It is incredibly cold here in the UK currently and it’s just too awful to be outside walking about getting my steps in. Usually the treadmill at the gym helps out a bunch too but it’s not always I can get on a free machine when I tend to go at peak hours.
If I can get on a machine also, it isn’t the most entertaining of exercises to just slowly incline walk, it does help to have some entertainment thankfully I’ve started a rewatch of “the office” too much of a classic, the episodes fly by too. perfect for the gym 😂
