Happy Friday Actifiters!

Well, I made it through another work week. It’s an odd time right now at work for me. It’s our slower time of the year in terms of receiving and shipping. But it’s a really busy time for me right now. There’s a lot of prep for our fiscal year-end activities in June. Along with some other leadership training and projects. A lot of it has overlapping timelines, so I’ve definitely felt some extra stress this week. As I’ve seen before though, it certainly is helpful to get some activity even when things are stressful and I don’t feel like I have the time. So I took a little break today and got a short walk in.

Just like earlier in the week, I wasn’t the only one out for a stroll. The geese family was out and about also.

The weather was perfect for my walk today. Sunny but a little breezy and cool. It made for a very enjoyable time even though I wasn’t out for very long. A couple of laps around the duck ponds did result in some nice photos.

Even blackberries can be beautiful in their own right. I thought capturing this Bloom and buds in this way made for a great expression of beauty in a plant that is so thorny and invasive.

And it’s a day like today, then I wished I could capture smells in photos for you all. The Jasmine is really coming into bloom right now and smells fantastic.
