My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2025

Back to the beat. Today I finally took the planned number of steps and rode the planned bicycle training. Practically, I think that I lost somewhere around 7-10 days due to illness and other obligations. Intervals icu shows that I have dropped in fitness from 48% to 42%, which is quite a drop. The good thing is that my fatigue is at a very low 32%, so I’m hoping to get back on track quickly. It is also good that the thaw and the end of this very long winter are finally being announced.
