Today is day 38 of my #seven77 regimen. I had a very busy day today! I had meetings in the morning and afternoon. After my meetings ended, I built the last bookshelf for the upstairs living room. My son helped me, too! He put in the pegs that hold the backing in place. After dinner, I took him out to target for a quick shopping run. He needed new snow boots for the upcoming winter, and we found some good ones. Also grabbed a few other essentials for the house.

After I got home, I spent some time playing Predecessor. Lost 2, won 1, that’s how it goes sometimes. Finished up with taking out the trash, loaded the dishwasher, and relaxed a bit before doing my pushups and ab exercises before bed. All in all, a productive day!
