A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

On this second day of August some clouds of is manifested in the sky despite there is a call of warm air from Africa. But infiltrations of fresh air of oceanic origin have kept the climate almost pleasant despite the very sun.

Today I was at the park in Giugliano in Campania with my son and we spent a fantastic morning together.

The wonderful very dry summer period is clearly visible from this photo that reconciles you with the beautiful season. In fact you can see a total absence of strong humidity from the clarity of the color of the sky and the lack of haze that amplifies the effect of smog.

It seems that a worsening of the weather conditions is approaching and one or two perturbations should pass on Italy soon.

This for us is a good break in the heat wave and allowed me to spend a pleasant #iamalivechallenge 422 that I celebrate happy to be #alive and I’ll send you back to tomorrow for a new appointment maybe with a tour in the city center.
