A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

It was a day characterized by a variable and slightly cloudy sky. The large clouds have been kept at a great distance. The ones you see in the picture are about 30-40 km away. They are visible because they are very high in the sky.

When it is hot the clouds reach these heights because very powerful forces are created to make them reach tens of km from the ground also because the air condenses to greater heights.

Today the clouds draw shadows on Vesuvius very fascinating. The colors of the two volcanic peaks are very vivid and sharp given the scarcity of smog and heat due to the high ventilation today. If every summer day was so breathable, I’d sign off on it.

In the late afternoon I was doing my now daily jogging session turning by taking two laps around the city park. I only made two as I reached the park by taking a much longer route than usual. Thus reducing the monotony of my jogging path.

In the evening I went to see an old friend to see how business was going and if he needed help. #Iamalivechallenge number 59 has been a very social and busy day I have to take advantage of this #alive moment that gives me an exciting boost to improve my living and working conditions.
