A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

I woke up very early this morning and the sun hadn’t come up yet. The lights of the city created eerie plays of light with strange cloud formations in the sky. Everything assumed a ghostly appearance.

I had a visit from my son today, and we were together all morning. I hadn’t seen him for a couple of weeks because I was in quarantine. This morning he greeted me with a big hug and said he missed me. Unfortunately, these are the traumatic effects of the pandemic on children. But together we are #alive forever ready to the stage number 34 of #iamalivechallenge

In the evening I went out to walk on the promenade of Naples from which Vesuvius and the Moon created a landscape picture to say little breathtaking.

At a great distance in the Gulf of glimpses the silhouette of the US carrier nuclear-powered H. S. Truman that has come from a few days in Naples for a scheduled stage. In Campania there are dozens of NATO bases and it is a strategic point in the Mediterranean military chessboard. The carrier is ready to fight at any time.

Castel dell’Ovo also played its part in the play of lights of the evening that resulted in the pure blue that colored the sky at sunset.
