We are lucky enough to have many public parks in my hometown. Nearly all of them have at least one lake. With spring coming it is great to walk in these places, and to watch nature unfold as the weeks pass.

I have noticed the wild birds are now gathering for the coming mating season, especially various species of geese. That is always a great spectacle and the grandchildren love to see the young goslings running after their parents. 😆
