After my last shift day at work today I walked with some family members in a local park called Ifield Mill Pond.

It was Cold! A very brisk easterly wind 🍃 made it a shortish visit. But we enjoyed it anyway, especially our granddaughter who loves riding her bicycle.

The lake has a platform footway built all the way over it. A very good way to see the wildlife.

On the way back home we came across something unusual! The sound of a helicopter became louder but we could not see it. That’s because it was on the path in front of us!

We think it was a rescue helicopter but it took off as we approached, so could not really tell for sure.

Anyway, a good walk in the park for everyone.
