There is a lot of humidity in the air today which makes it feel muggy and sticky. Took the walk around the loop as usual. To have a regular walking schedule is important so the you continually do it. Also walking with someone else helps as well. The main point is that any kind of exercise is very important for your health so do whatever gets you moving.
