FitJourney #9: New Record, New Plan, New Energy!

Hey everyone,

Today was another active and productive day! I went on two walks and got a solid workout in my home gym in between. It felt great to move and stay active throughout the day.

By the way – would you like to see some pictures of my home gym? I’d love to share my setup with you all. Having a space at home really helps me stay consistent and make training a regular part of life.

New Training Plan = New Motivation

I’ve also put together a new training plan. I feel like some variety makes the whole journey more fun and helps me stay excited. Switching things up brings new energy, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it goes.

81.7 kg – A New Low!

Another big win: I now weigh 81.7 kg – my lowest weight so far! The last time I was under 82 kg was in October last year, so this really feels like a huge step forward. My goal is getting closer every day!

One thing that made me pause a bit: my body fat percentage is still at 21.7%. I was hoping it would be lower by now, but I believe that by the time I reach my goal weight, I’ll be under 20%. Just have to keep pushing.

Tomorrow starts a new week, and I’m ready to keep giving it my all. Let’s stay focused and keep the momentum going!
