I finally got around to cooking the Pork Adobo that I’ve been wanting to make for the past two days. It turned out to be quite a lot, about 2.5 kg, and I decided to try a different version by skipping the soy sauce and using salt and vinegar instead. Afterward, I enjoyed it with some leftover steaming cauli cabbage rice from the fridge. The rest will be for school lunches for sure. Oh, and I forgot to take a photo! 😆
I nearly missed my fitness dance class when my ride forgot to pick me up. Luckily, I had a feeling something was wrong, so I messaged him ten minutes after he was supposed to be. He admitted he forgot and apologized. Despite this, I still made it to the studio on time. Surprisingly, the roads were clear with no traffic, possibly because many people were celebrating Chinese New Year in the comfort of their homes or traveling out of the country. Plus, my ride was only eight minutes away, so I arrived just as the class was starting.
