And then the orchid of the day - variegated hyacinth orchid - dipodium variegatum - one of two flowers where the side path began - right on the roadway

Turning around was the right thing to do. Could not apply any effort on the ups. Stopped at newsagent for a cold drink. Good thing I can do purchases from the orchid camera.

Took hours at home to stop sweating. It is clear there is stuff going on inside the body that stops any major exertion. Doctor time I am afraid
