Wake to a grey rainy day. These wet days are getting to me. Cooped up in a small apartment with more effort required to get access to the bush is not helping. Need to find a pattern break. Yesterday I did the train and shopping up that side.

Did the shopping. Walking to the shops is one way to get steps done - also allows lazy shopping compared to going once a week

Dinner: Made pies from the beef dish my wife cooked a few days back. Dug out gluten free puff pastry from the freezer and rolled it out. Took a bit of work

End product - cooked in air fryer at 200C for 13 minutes. Worked well
