My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2024

Another ‘wow hot’ day. Although there was a little cloud cover at times. I think a change is coming, however, which will involve some rain at some point.

It is always hard working in the heat, but today I was passenger in a truck to Heathrow Airport. The motorway has a large new junction construction going on. Traffic is always slow through this part of the journey.
